Referral Program Rules and Guidelines

Eligibility:

The refer and earn program is open to all individuals who have an active account with Suvit.

Participants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate.

Referral Process:

Participants can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Suvit using their unique referral code or link.

Referred individuals must sign up using the provided referral link for the referring participant to receive commissions.

Commissions are earned only when referred individuals make successful purchases on Suvit.

Commissions:

Participants will earn a commission of 15% on the total purchase amount made by referred individuals.

Commissions are calculated based on the net purchase amount after any discounts, returns, and GST.

Payouts will be processed within seven working days of next month.

You have the option to redeem 50% of VITT Coins in total amount in cash. The remaining balance will be held and can be utilized during processes such as upgrades, add-ons, and renewals.

Prohibited Activities:

Participants are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including creating fake accounts or self-referrals.

Privacy and Data Usage:

By participating in the program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for program administration purposes.

Participant information will be handled in accordance with Suvit's Privacy Policy.

Modification and Termination:

Suvit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the refer and earn program at any time without prior notice.

Participants will be notified of any changes to the program via email or announcements on the Suvit platform.

Limitation of Liability:

Suvit Fintech Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for any technical issues, system outages, or disruptions that may affect participation in the program.

Suvit Fintech Pvt Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damages arising from participation in the program.
