Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have purchased an incorrect plan and our team has advised you to purchase another plan, 100% of the original plan value will be refunded subject to the condition that no service was delivered for the previous plan.
You have purchased a plan but Suvit is unable to assign an expert or process your order, 100% refund will be made.
You attempted to purchase a plan and your payment was successfully processed but not received by Suvit, you should seek refund from the financial service provider.
Suvit reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfil within the legal and regulatory framework of the country, 100% refund will be made.
Once you are eligible for refund, our team will confirm the same to you via email. Thereafter, your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
On purchase of plan, our team will request you to submit documents to process your order. If you are unable to share the requisite documents within 30 days without a reasonable reason, Suvit reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Suvit in the event of order cancellation.
On purchase of plan, our team will attempt to reach you via phone and / or email to process your order. If you do not respond to our team in 30 days from date of purchase, Suvit reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Suvit in the event of order cancellation.
If you withhold information pertaining to your case as our experts work on it owing to which we are unable to fulfil your order, you shall not be eligible for any refund. Suvit reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Suvit in the event of order cancellation.
If Suvit experts are not able to fulfil your order due to unavailability of documents and/or requisite information from you, you shall not be eligible for any refund. Suvit reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Suvit in the event of order cancellation.
Any payments made to the Government departments will not be refunded.
All refunds will be in form on Credit Notes.
You must be agreeing upon that final decision of refund / cancellation shall be taken and obligated in all the condition.
If a cancellation / request is made for any other reason than mentioned in the points above, refund would be made in accordance to the pointers mentioned below excluding Taxes if any

Within 15 days of plan purchase and before expert assigned to work on your service request subject to no usage of Plan combo.

60% refund of the amount paid to Suvit

after 15 days but before 30 days of plan purchase and before expert assigned to work on your service request subject to negligible usage of Plan and not found user friendly services

0% refund of the amount paid to Suvit

Work is completed by the expert on your service request and more than 50% work completed on board
