Thank you for purchasing our services. We value your trust and assure you of the best services at all times. As our customer, when you are buying our product or service, you agree to our terms and conditions as below

Under normal business circumstances, Suvit will ensure to get the delivery of all services within the stipulated time period communicated through our portal.

Suvit provides professional Expert Assisted services remotely to individuals and businesses and neither encourages nor permits any in-person visits by its experts to the customer's location for any of the services delivered.

Suvit publishes the prices for all services delivered through its marketplace platform. However, at any point of time, Suvit reserves the right to change the price of these services.

In case of a change in government fee post purchase of a plan, the customer is liable to pay the difference in government fee in addition to the plan amount.

Suvit reserves the right to offer special discounts on its services to customers from time to time. Such offers can be availed through unique discount codes shared with customers.

At all times, Suvit expects to maintain a cordial business relationship with its customers. However, if the customer comes across as being extremely unreasonable or rude with Suvit staff or its experts, Suvit reserves the right to cancel the order and terminate the agreement with the customer. In the event of cancellation, the customer will forfeit any payment made to Suvit.

If a plan is purchased by the customer but is not reachable on any mode of communication for 30 days from the date of purchase, Suvit reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, the customer will forfeit any payment made to Suvit.

In situations where the customer purchases a plan in advance, Suvit team shall contact the customer for order fulfilment within a reasonable timeframe before the plan expires or the deadline approaches. Customer will cooperate with Suvit to help us deliver the services in a timely manner.

In situations where the service needs to be delivered before a deadline (Eg. Tax filing), Suvit will clarify the estimated time required to fulfil the service to the customer. Customer is expected to cooperate with Suvit to enable us to deliver the services in a timely manner. In case of any delay in order fulfilment, Suvit shall not bear the cost of any interest or penalty that may be imposed on customers by other parties.

Suvit is governed by the laws of the country. Suvit will carry out its business in good faith with complete transparency. Suvit reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfil within the legal and regulatory framework of the country.

I hereby authorize and give consent to Suvit to send me, either through itself or through any third party service provider, from time to time various information / alerts / SMS / other messages or calls or commercial communication, and other services on the aforesaid listed telephone numbers, whether these numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I also confirm that by sending any of such messages / calls, I will not hold Suvit its third party service provider liable / institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time. It will be auto renewed every month and if you want to stop this service please write an email to admin@suvit.io before the due date and call our support number +91 9558261955 also once the amount is debited from account it will not be refunded. We will be making promotional calls on your number through a third party platform and sending SMS'S through a third party platform.

By providing your consent, you agree to allow Suvit and its group of companies to contact you for various purposes, including but not limited to marketing, promotions, product updates, surveys, and customer support. Contact may be made via phone calls, text messages, email, or other communication channels.
