    • Go back to Control Panel > Programs and Features and confirm that Java 8 Update 162 (32-bit) is listed.

3. Download and Install TRACES Web Signer Setup V2.0

Ensure you have the latest Web Signer tool from TRACES:

  • Log in to TRACES:
  • Access Downloads:
    • Click on Downloads > Requested Downloads.
  • Download Web Signer:
    • Look for TRACES WebSigner Setup V2.0.
